Terms of service

The agreement

These terms apply when you create a workspace or accept an invitation to one. If you are doing so for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your members and guests do.

Your content

Everything you put into the service stays yours. We need a licence to store, display and back it up so the service works, and nothing more. We do not use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond running the service for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to probe or overload our systems. We will warn you before suspending a workspace unless the situation makes that impractical.

Payment

Paid plans are billed per member, monthly or yearly, in advance. Adding members mid-cycle is charged pro rata; removing them credits the next invoice. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.

Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available at all times and publish an uptime SLA on the Business plan. We may take the service down for maintenance with notice. Support is provided as described on the pricing page.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your workspace from Settings. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms. Either way, you can export your data before it is deleted.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
