Questions about pricing
Who counts as a member?
Anyone who can create or edit items. Guests invited to a single project are free on every plan, and viewers who only read are free too.
Can we try Team before paying?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days of Team with no card. When the trial ends you keep your data and drop to Free unless you choose a plan.
What happens if we go over five members on Free?
Nothing breaks. New invites are paused until you upgrade or remove a member, and everything already in the workspace stays exactly as it is.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, two months free. The yearly prices shown are the effective monthly rate when billed annually.
Do you offer discounts for startups, education or non-profits?
Yes. Non-profits and accredited education get Team at half price. Startups under two years old with fewer than ten people can apply for a year of Team free.
Can I export everything and leave?
At any time, on any plan. Export gives you every item, comment and attachment as JSON and CSV, and the API is not rate-limited for exports.
